1. Place an order

The ordering process at Alegante is as simple as possible. First place the desired product on the product page in the shopping cart. To do this, click on the "Add to cart" button.

Here it is important that you check whether you have selected the correct variants. If everything is ok, click the "Proceed to Checkout" button. Enter the correct address on the information page. Make sure all information is filled out correctly. If this information is filled out correctly, you can click on the "Proceed with shipping" button.

You can check the details of the address you entered on the Shipping page. You can also find that every shipment is delivered free of charge. As a thank you to our customers, we always cover the cost of shipping and delivery. You can now proceed by clicking the "Proceed to Payment" button.

With the payment options you can choose between different payment methods. At Moodiva, all payment options are SSL-encrypted, which means you can always rely on a secure payment environment.

2. Ship your order

Found the perfect look or accessory on our website? Then you want to enjoy it as soon as possible! That's why we make sure that your order is processed and shipped as quickly as possible.

In order to keep our products reasonably priced, we bundle packages in bulk, and once we reach our minimum order quantity, we ship all packages at once. We hope you understand and want to help us create a better and healthier world.

Defective product?

How annoying! Unfortunately, it can happen that your product is damaged in transit. In this case, we always deliver a new package free of charge the first time and unfortunately we cannot issue a refund. Does it come out wrong the second time? Then we will refund you the full purchase price.

Lost package?

In the event that a package is lost or cannot be delivered due to logistical reasons, we always send a new package before proceeding with our refund and return.

Delivery if you are not at home or at the post office

If a package is delivered to your door or dropped off at a post office, Alegante has covered the cost of delivering the package. If the package is not accepted or not picked up by the post office, it is automatically returned to the supplier and we are entitled to deduct 7$ from the amount you receive in return.
