Please note that placing an order indicates your acceptance of all the following terms.

Cancellation and Modifications

If you change your mind about a purchase, please submit your request through this form, providing your order number and the modifications you wish to apply. Once modified or canceled, we will send a confirmation.

Your order can only be canceled or modified within 2 hours. After this, the order will be locked for processing and cannot be canceled or edited.

Please note:

Personalized orders are immediately locked for processing after order completion, so adjustments may sometimes not be possible. Please review all details carefully before completing your order.
Modification requests during holiday periods may result in longer than usual arrival times for your order. However, this occurrence is rare as we always strive to accommodate changes promptly.

Free Exchanges or Refunds

This applies to packages that have not moved for over 3 weeks or significantly exceed our estimated time of arrival (ETA). If there are no issues with the delivery address, you will receive a free exchange promptly. If there are issues with the product,

We will take full responsibility within 45 days of the order's arrival if:

1. There has been damage, breakage, or malfunction.
2. The received item is different from what you ordered or different from the item in the order confirmation email.

You can choose to exchange the item or receive a refund. Please stay calm and fill out this form to receive timely support from our customer happiness experts.

Allowing customers to return items instead of our products: We believe that exchanges or refunds can best address your concerns. Therefore, we do not have a return policy, and the original items can be disposed of by you.

Minimal cost for exchanges

Fortunately, in certain cases, a minimal fee can be paid compared to the original price for sending replacements:

1. You received the wrong item/design/size due to incorrect custom input.
2. Your delivery address was entered incorrectly, resulting in the return and destruction of the shipment.
